We will not sell, share, or rent your information to a third party unless doing so would violate the law.
Payment Information
We accept the following methods of payment: Major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), money orders and certified check. We prefer payment by credit card by using our shopping cart. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified.

Shipping and Delivery
All products are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) or by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and shipping costs include packing & handling which reflects the amount of special labor and packaging materials involved in handling our various types of products. Shipping charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified. Shipping charges will be calculated in your shopping cart and may vary according to the number or weight of items shipped, carrier used, destination of order and whether you requested expedited delivery. We ship items Monday - Friday usually within two business days of payment if there are no delays outside of our control. All delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Money-Back Guarantee
For the benefit of our customers and to alleviate purchasing concerns for new and existing customers, we offer a 1-year money back guarantee for our products. The guarantee promises our customers that if they are dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may return it within 1 year (from date of purchase) for a full product refund minus shipping costs. Product Returns/Damaged Shipments
Customer shall bear the cost of return shipping. Products must be returned to us within 1-year of date of purchase to receive a valid refund. Returns after such date shall not be refunded. Customer must request a return authorization number by e-mail or phone before returning product or return shall not be valid. We will provide you with a product return address when we send you your return authorization number. Please contact us by email if your shipment was damaged and describe the damage to us. We will replace at no cost to you any product that was damaged during shipment.
Information Collection and Use
The MindBodySystem.com Web site collects information from our users when you opt-in and send us your email address; when you purchase an item from our Web site, we collect personal information provided by you that may include your: (1) first and last name; (2) billing address; (3) shipping address; (4) email address; (5) phone number; (6) credit card account number; (7) card expiration date (8) items purchased from us.
