Payment Information
We accept the following methods of payment: Major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express), money orders and certified check. All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Orders are not binding until payment has been accepted and verified.

We currently do not process orders or deliver products outside the United States.
Shipping and Delivery
All products are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS) or by the United States Postal Service (USPS) and shipping costs include packing & handling which reflects the amount of special labor and packaging materials involved in handling our various types of products. Shipping charges apply to all orders, unless otherwise specified.
Money-Back Guarantee
For the benefit of our customers and to alleviate purchasing concerns for new and existing customers, we offer a 1-year money back guarantee for our products. The guarantee promises our customers that if they are dissatisfied with their purchase for any reason, they may return it within 1 year (from date of purchase) for a full product refund minus shipping costs. We do not guarantee any product's fitness for intended use. All material provided on the MindBodySystem.com Web site is provided for informational or educational purposes only.
Product Returns/Damaged Shipments
Customer shall bear the cost of return shipping. Products must be returned to us within 1-year of date of purchase to receive a valid refund. Returns after such date shall not be refunded. Customer must request a return authorization number by e-mail or phone before returning product or return shall not be valid. We will provide you with a product return address when we send you your return authorization number. Please contact us by email if your shipment was damaged and describe the damage to us. We will replace at no cost to you any product that was damaged during shipment.
